No — that is precisely the first rung. A good deal of our work is with businesses taking their first real technology step, and it is some of the highest-leverage work there is. There is no minimum engagement size.
It means the AI runs inside infrastructure you control — your own cloud account or your own servers — rather than sending your data to an external provider. You keep the data, the access controls and the audit trail. For regulated sectors, or anyone who simply does not want their operational data leaving the building, it is usually the only workable option.
No. We work with what you already have. Wholesale migrations are expensive, risky, and very often unnecessary. If moving something genuinely pays for itself we will make that case; otherwise we will leave it alone.
No. Everything is handed over documented, in your accounts, under your billing. We would rather you stay because the work is good than because leaving is painful.
We scope a defined piece of work with a fixed price, so there is no open-ended meter running. Larger programmes are broken into stages you can stop between.
